Outfitters Gin is made with classic gin botanicals favoring notes of juniper and coriander.

• Angelica Root
• Lemon
• Orange Peel

DISTILLATION 

OUTFITTERS Gin starts with a 5 times distilled neutral spirit as its base is distilled to an extremely high proof over 96% (192 proof), this higher distillation point allows for a clean and crisp base to add botanicals to.

WATER

OUTFITTERS GIN is diluted to 86 proof (43% alc. by vol.) with water from aquifers near Mount Baker, known from the longest snow pack in the lower 48 states. This gives a slight crisp and refreshing profile to this classic gin.
