LOVE ROSE (750ML)

Love(R) Coteaux d'Aix en Provence Rosé is made with 59% Syrah, 35% Grenache and 6% Cinsault.

This dry rosé has a beautiful light color. Its displays aromas of red fruits with a nice, refreshing and clean finish. There is also a touch of minerality.

Vinification

Harvest is carried out at night when temperature is coolest,. The grapes are pressed as soon as they get to the winery in nitrogen-inerted pneumatic presses. Juices are then cold-settled before undergoing low-temperature fermentation. Great care is taken throughout the process to control oxygen intake, which is key to the wine’s ability to keep its freshness and pink color during its shelf life.
