This Cold IPA (an emerging style that blends old world lager ingredients & techniques with bold American hops) offers Riesling-like notes of honeysuckle, white tea, papaya, honeydew, and pink grapefruit – coming from generous additions of Strata, Talus, Cashmere, and Citra hops. The late addition of these hops provides a soft balance to this “juicy” lager with the heart of an IPA.
