CASTELLO SONNINO PICHIUS ROSE

Only Syrah grape for our first rosato wine. The wine express an interesting bouquet of strawberries well balanced with notes of red roses. Soft, fresh and good persistence with a clean closure. The wine is a perfect accompaniment to fresh sea-food aperitifs as raw, and earth as cheeses and fresh meats.
